Marilyn's Story

Food allergies can change your life . . . at least they changed my life! As a high school teacher and counseling minister, I led an extremely active lifestyle. But crippling body pain and muscle aches in my mid 50’s caused me to seek medical attention. It was determined that I suffered from several serious food allergies, including all wheat and dairy products . . . and shortly thereafter, I was diagnosed with advanced rheumatoid arthritis.

A period of treatment at G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre taught me how to cope with my illness. But then, what’s an active woman with significant dietary and health restrictions going to eat when she doesn’t know how to cook?

I solved that dilemma by starting up a company that specializes in healthy, wheat and dairy free fast food. Soup ‘n Stuff was born out of my desire to eat a nutritious diet that was simple and convenient and yet still met my food allergy and health restrictions. I located products that tasted great, yet were vegan, additive free and made from the highest quality beans. I soon found that many of my friends and business associates were hungry for the same type of products and today my business sells a variety of instant soups and beans. Soup ‘n Stuff has grown since 2004 and today you can purchase my products in several stores in British Columbia or order online.

You’ll be impressed, like I was, at how easy nutritious food is to prepare, if you only have the right package in your hand!

I know you will enjoy the rich flavors and reap the health benefits of my nutritious and tasty soups. With a growing number of items, there is lots to choose from. You can use my online order form to make your request.
