All of my products are lowfat; cholesterol free; protein packed and high in fiber. They contain no additives, no preservatives, no animal products and are simple to prepare. Just add hot water!

Applications of my products include: refried beans, instant soup mixes, dips, thickening agents, rice and bean entrees, specialty cuisine, protein supplements, and rice toppings.
